hi, I’m Kath
Fascia is inherently about connection and movement, HENCE it’s absolutely my cup of tea.
I knew what I offered as a Pilates teacher had value, however, I always felt there was more potential for change than I was able to create with my clients. I had no idea that studying fascia would be the answer but once I dipped my toe into the world of fascia it was something I couldn’t unsee. I had to learn more and FAMO Fascia Movement was the perfect way to learn and embody this knew knowledge at the same time.
Since 2016 I’ve been studying fascia (FAMO in the forefront of that) and sharing it widely in classes, courses and retreats. Being a proud Educator of FAMO Fascia Movement courses for art of motion I get to share this way of moving and understanding the body with professionals and movement enthusiasts alike which is deeply exciting and motivating.
The best thing about fascia? It’s always has the capacity for change, just like we do.
My teaching is caring, supportive and authentic.
Kath is a rare human - she is genuinely interested in everyone and immediately makes everyone feel listened too and at ease.

quickfire facts about me
I was born at midnight. My parents got to choose my birthday (hey, Capricorn friends).
I strongly identify as an ambivert. Adore people. Love time to myself.
Sadly, I’m not a natural at ball sports or singing. If I could choose one, I’d love to be able to sing.
I‘m an avid pluviophile - anyone else?
In fact I’m a waterbaby. I love to sauna, sea swim or just marinate in a borderline uncomfortably hot bath.
When I was 12 I danced at Wembley Arena with Boyzone (there’s VHS evidence somewhere).
The only reason I’d ever want to be famous is to go on Strictly. It’s my (not) guilty TV pleasure.
I fantasise about rearranging room layouts.
I see analogies for fascia and anatomy in nature ALL the time.
I’ve chosen nine facts because I have an affinity for numbers all in my full name I have a first, middle and last name that are all nine letters (I know, what a swoon). In short, I take what I offer seriously but I don’t take myself seriously.

if you value curiosity, exploration and learning in a non-judgmental environment then my offerings are for you.
