GENERAL T&Cs

• If you’re travelling for a course then you’re responsible for holding appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the course.

• You must make us aware of anything relevant you’re working with in your body. That includes injuries past & present as well as any ongoing health conditions or illnesses.

• You are also responsible for applying good judgment during the classes and throughout duration of the course. You will always be invited to listen to your body & make appropriate decisions on what movements are right for you & rest when you need to.

• You will be required to return an enrolment form to complete your booking, please return this asap.

CANCELLATION POLICY (CERTIFICATION PACKAGE BOOKING)

• If paying via instalments, the £300 deposit secures your place on all 4 courses and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If paying via instalments, when you book your place you are also agreeing to pay two further instalments, for which you will be invoiced; the first instalment of £1,000 is due by 16th January 2026, second and final instalment of £1,000 is due by 14th August 2026.

• Cancellations more than 8 weeks before the first course start date receive a refund of instalment payments made to date.

• Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the first course start date receive partial refund of 50% of instalment payments made to date.

• Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the course start date cannot be refunded or transferred.

• In the unlikely event we need to cancel a course then we reserve the right to do so & in this case you will be refunded in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY (SINGLE COURSE BOOKING)

• Cancellations more than 6 weeks before the course start date receive a full refund.

• Cancellations more than 4 weeks before the course start date receive partial refund of 50% total price of your booking.

• Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the course start date cannot be refunded.

• In the unlikely event we need to cancel the course then we reserve the right to do so & in this case you will be refunded in full.
